Refund guarantee

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we refund the original payment method.

Online payment refunds

Card payments are refunded to the same card.

  • Skyline processes the request within a maximum of 14 calendar days
  • Your bank may need an additional 1-3 business days to post the refund
  • You will receive an email or SMS notification when processing is complete
